Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming client funds, including checks, wires, and ACH transfers
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions
- Ensure comprehensive risk management measures are in place to minimize exposure to financial and reputational harm
- Review and reconcile deposit reports, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2–3 years of banking or deposit operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving abilities
- Physical requirements: operate a computer for 8 hours per day
COLORADO ONLY: This position is up to $21.25/HR+ bonus. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term and Short Term Disability and 401(k) Plan. This position is remote in Denver, CO.
