Join Encord as the first US-based Deployment Strategist, owning the end-to-end success of enterprise customers building cutting-edge AI. Blending technical execution with commercial strategy, you will guide ML engineers and executive stakeholders through complex deployments, ensuring rapid time-to-value and driving long-term adoption for some of the world's most ambitious AI teams.

What you will do:

  • Lead technical onboarding and success plans for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring AI and ML teams achieve value quickly.

  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from hands-on ML engineers to executive sponsors, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.

  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion signals and contribute to renewals while funneling product insights back to engineering leadership.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2–8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation for complex B2B SaaS.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical nuances to engineers while maintaining a commercial mindset focused on retention and growth.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of thriving in ambiguous, high-growth environments—ideally with exposure to AI, ML, or data tools.
