You are ultimately accountable for deployment outcomes and serve as the primary onsite and execution leader for OSARO. We value leaders who are passionate about what they build, feel a strong sense of ownership over their work, and thrive in high-pressure environments. You are someone who cares deeply about your team, leads from the front, and believes in doing what you say.

What you'll be doing

  • Hands-on experience with industrial robot controllers (e.g., FANUC, Yaskawa)
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, software, and networking diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable navigating and working in Linux environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate project information at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and a high-ownership culture
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75–100% of the time

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in system, electrical, or mechanical design in factory or warehouse automation
  • Experience with CAD tools for system and layout design
  • Experience with simulation tools for offline robot programming and layout validation
  • Exposure to PLC programming and industrial control logic (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
  • Exposure to Python or Rust
  • Experience generating technical documentation, deployment playbooks, or process standards
