This position is based in Summit, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Deployment Director, SH&B to support our Skin Health and Beauty segment. This role will serve as a crucial partner to the leadership team, driving key initiatives, managing meeting governance, and ensuring alignment across global and regional priorities. The role will help drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, executive governance, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in strategy deployment, marketing, communications, and program leadership, with exceptional executive presence and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to deploy and execute strategic priorities.
Translate enterprise objectives into actionable operating plans and measurable outcomes.
Monitor progress against key initiatives and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, synthesis of insights, and strategic recommendations.
Function as an advisor to the Managing Director, helping to shape business priorities, facilitate executive decision-making, and drive organizational alignment.
Prepare leadership materials, executive communications, presentations, and decision frameworks.
Ensure follow-through and accountability across the leadership team.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to support alignment and efficient execution.
Drive operating rhythm and governance processes to improve transparency, decision-making, and execution.
Establish frameworks that support effective prioritization and resource allocation.
Establish project governance, timelines, stakeholder engagement plans, and success measures.
Manage change management and communication plans associated with major business transformations.
Facilitate alignment across brand teams to ensure coherent strategic direction.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio clarity, organizational focus, and market positioning.
Partner with brand leaders to ensure alignment of strategic priorities across the portfolio.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in strategy, project management, or operations, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
Proven experience in developing high-quality presentations, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and highly proactive, with a track record of staying on top of deadlines and guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferredred Experience
Tier one management consulting experience in consumer goods practice areas.
Prior experience in the Beauty industry.
A passion for Skin Health & Beauty.
Ability to operate as a strategic sounding board.
