Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Deployable Principal Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Palmdale, CA.
You will control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data information systems administration and related functions. Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of Logistics, supply chain, or related experience; OR a Master’s degree and 3 years experience.
Experience in procurement and the use of SAP, ASAP System (BarCloud)
Must be able to work in an approved environment during specified work hours and will frequently move and position objects weighing 30-50 lbs. overhead.
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Must be able to meet medical requirements for worldwide travel.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
Willingness to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 180 days within a rolling year away from primary work location to support business needs.
Willingness to perform required work in Palmdale, CA and other locations as determined by business needs.
Willingness to travel 180 days in a rolling year.
Ability to complete Hazardous Materials / Dangerous Goods training and maintain ongoing current certifications for DOT, IATA, and AFMAN24-204
