Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a Deployable Logistics Management Analyst to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA..
Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives.
  • Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, demand management, electronic data information systems administration, and data interchange systems.
  • Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
  • Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Please note that this opportunity is contingent on program funding.  Start dates are determined after funding confirmation.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Logistics, supply chain, or related experience; or a Master’s Degree and 0 years of experience.
  • Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
  • Active US Government Top Secret (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
  • Experience with Barcloud, SAP, Maximo, FMT, and/or Passport.

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
