What You Will Do:
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Negotiate and manage long-term service level agreement, ensuring competitive T's & C's
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process optimization with manufacturing partners
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for OSAT subcontractors and related service providers.
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, ensuring delivery, cost, and quality commitments are met
Performance & Risk Management
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
- Preparation of SBR scorecard reports and coordination of SBR meeting (both internal and external).
- Support risk mitigation initiatives including dual sourcing, capacity planning, and contingency strategies
- Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Development, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing plans and new product introductions
- Partner with Finance and Legal on cost models, contracts, and risk-sharing agreements.
- Provide market intelligence on OSAT cost drivers, industry trends, and capacity outlook.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive supplier development and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, value creation, and supply chain resilience.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in any field of Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management; OSAT/subcon experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings, is confident, assertive and self-assured
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with end-users and suppliers
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly and test processes and subcontractor ecosystem.

- Proficient in Oracle Coupa Procure to Pay, ETQ, and Kinaxis,
- Advanced skills with MS Office
- Analytical with strong problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Supplier Selection and Accreditation.
- Has the organizational agility, result seeker, innovator -always thinking ahead, and an influencer- great at relationship building
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrable experience of leading a subcon function with a proven track record in strategic leadership delivering effective strategies, policies, processes and systems
