What you'll do
Customer Service
- Support the customer experience through timely processing and movement of inventory to the sales floor.
- Model active selling behaviours/techniques to set the example for department team members and to help them grow confidence in their selling capabilities.
- Promote company programs including loyalty programs, private-label products, and other seasonal promotions.
- Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.
Training
- Support and coach to improve any performance gaps and provides ongoing feedback to improve team.
- Communicates in a clear and concise manner to the team, leading effective Shift Starter meetings and training sessions.
- Mentors team and leads in execution of Customer Experience, proactively provides resolution for all customer concerns.
Leadership
- Provides leadership to the team and consistently coaches and follows up to ensure the delivery of the service model standards are provided to each customer.
- Effectively problem solves, delegates and follows-up on tasks assigned to team members.
- Promotes and maintains a positive and motivating work environment.
- Acts as a brand ambassador exemplifying Mark’s leadership and culture.
- Complete opening and closing duties as part of manager on duty responsibilities.
What you bring
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department team and store team, through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback and ongoing support.
- Proven ability to build and manage a daily game plan for the department and store.
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills
- Superior training and mentoring skills
- 3-5 years retail experience required.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
- Basic computer skills required.

Beyond a competitive base salary of $40,000 to $47,000 you'll enjoy company benefits, bonuses, or any additional compensation.
