Essential Duties:

  • Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate team member.
  • Reviews/analyzes/resolves compliance information.
  • Uploads documents and Tracer data entry supporting CMS
  • Responsible for Kronos and time keeping duties. 
  • Supports the scheduling of department meetings and the completion of meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for procedure manuals and updating process flow maps.
  • May lead the coordination and planning of programs and events.
  • May lead the coordination of training and certification programs.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two year or more clerical/administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Critical Thinking
