DENSO Manufacturing, Inc. (DMMI) is looking for 2nd Shift Assembly Associates. Responsibilities include operating machinery, working on a moving production assembly line, following safety procedures and ensuring quality parts are delivered on time for our customers. Pay is $20.48 - $26.19 depending on shift, area and experience.
Core Hours: 4:15pm - 12:45am
Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Assembly of automotive parts
- Visual inspection
- Operate an electric air-driver
- Complete daily reports
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary
- Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
- Identify and resolve problems
- Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds
- Bending
- Twisting
- Repetitive gripping with hands
- Standing for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours)
- Ability to work overtime including weekend overtime
- Comfortable working in an environment with extreme temperatures and loud noises
