We are looking for a Demo Solutions Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. With direction from the Revenue Enablement and Solution Consulting teams, your responsibilities will include overseeing our core enablement and training platforms, including our MaintainX Sandbox instances for product demonstrations.

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide technical support for each core platform deployed to support our Revenue Enablement and Solution Consulting teams. This includes our enablement and RFx content management workspaces, learning management system, project management platform, and product demo sandboxes. 
  • Provide leadership and proactive continuous improvement support of our industry demo sandbox environments. Create new demo sandboxes to support each of our target industry segments as defined by our Product Marketing team. 
  • Manage and optimize our RFx knowledge base to optimize our ability to respond to RFI's, RFP, and cyber security questionnaires productively and efficiently. 
  • Partner with RevOps and Enablement to support and implement our various Sales Tech Stack platforms.
  • Provide project management and enablement metrics reporting support for key revenue enablement initiatives. 

About you:

  • Minimum five (5) years experience working in B2B Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Two (2) years experience working closely with sales tech stack platforms.
  • Experience working in a Sales/Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations,Solution Consulting, or Demo Solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communications, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the CMMS industry, B2B SaaS startup, and/or growth stage company is an asset.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as computer software, IT, business, and marketing is an asset.
