Responsibilities

  • Managing the Zoom and Microsoft 365 instances used for product demonstrations and technical labs. You’ll need to be proficient in configuring and optimizing software settings across various SaaS platforms to showcase the full range of features and capabilities.

  • Managing and supporting the environment used to demonstrate the Zoom platform in executive briefing centers, industry events, and sales calls with customers.

  • You’ll also be responsible for provisioning and supporting the lab environments used to conduct technical workshops with Zoom partners and customers around the world.

  • Collaborating with the Global Architecture team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly. You’ll work closely with Technical Sales Architects to prepare and configure environments to support the demo narratives they write for different scenarios, industries, and geographies.

  • Creating and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, automation scripts, and best practices.

  • Working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams while communicating project timelines to team members. You’ll work closely with sales, solutions engineering, and product marketing to deliver experiences that amaze Zoom’s prospects, customers, and partners.
     

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in a systems engineering or SaaS administration role

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience of managing Zoom and Microsoft 365 platforms

  • Have expertise in scripting and automation, particularly with Microsoft PowerShell and Python

  • Have experience managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, personable, with a keen eye for accuracy

  • Have ability to understand customer needs and effectively tailor product demonstrations

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$87 600,00

Maximum:

$186 000,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
