- Master the foundational configuration of the Sitetracker platform.
- Complete Sitetracker certification courses.
- Complete relevant Salesforce Trailhead training.
- Independently configure general Salesforce platform features for demo environments.
- Begin actively contributing to prospect-specific demo configurations under guidance from Solution Engineers.
- Take ownership of actively managing and updating sections of the core TSO demo organization.
Within 180 Days, You'll
- Independently deliver complex, prospect-specific demo configurations for Solution Engineers across multiple sales cycles.
- Lead the TSO release process through the entire lifecycle
- Become a trusted resource for SEs, showcasing strong problem-solving and configuration expertise.
- Become an expert in our Scout AI solution.
- Become a subject matter expert in one of our Industries
Within 365 Days, You'll
- Achieve expert-level Sitetracker configuration knowledge, consistently taking vague requirements and translating them into exceptional demo solutions.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the TSO demo organization, incorporating knowledge of growing "hot" industries and new platform features.
- Become a subject matter expert in all of our Industries.
