As the Demand & Sustainability Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing the S&OP for Coolers/POs. Your mission will include managing demand, placements, stock, and importation processes, keeping the APO system updated on a monthly basis, ensuring that POs and placement are always up to date, all while ensuring fast communication, transparency, flexibility, and efficiency. You will have the chance to execute Red Bull's Standard Operations Processes in collaboration with the International Operations team, contributing to our global success.
Additionally, you will be responsible for sustainability activities in Brazil, ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations, such as the National Solid Waste Policy and lead projects to reduce CO2 emission. You will have the opportunity to engage with trade associations and oversee SAC and Quality Management, playing an essential role in promoting sustainable practices.
Job Description
Planning:
- Ensure the correct visibility of VISITS in APO and strong alignments with HQ team;
- Ensure the arrival of visibility items for our events, in the right date, through the analysis of the import treatment for each type of material and postage of the request on time.
- Collaborate with sales to understand the placement plan, challenge assumptions, and drive root cause analysis to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies.
- Responsible for providing an rolling forecast for visits, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework.
- Support to continuous improvement for the business.
- Provide to the Demand and Import manager insights to conduct fact based portfolio management.
- Ensure the receipt plan of the containers the most efficiently possible, by contacting the import team
- Responsible for managing the BP, FRE and SRE process and provide correct information’s of Visit/POS items to S&OP.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure inventory levels (no out of stock) according to business plans and ensure the correct alignments with sales team about placement. Alert the operations manager of risks in inventory management.
- Manage product transitions -- the phasing out and introduction of new SKUs.
- INMETRO certificates, Metal Frio and spar parts management.
Monthly Closing:
Ensure the correct visibility about the monthly closing connecting the datas from SAP, 3PL and Web Coolers.
Staff Resources:
Motivate the team trough recognizing their conquests as well as evaluating training needs.
Suppliers and partners:
- Strong connection with headquarters team based on Austria, beyond the LATAM and local teams (Logistics and warehouse, sales, trade, marketing and procurement).
- Establish and keep strong supplier relationship management (Metal frio, SGS, Customs Authorities and regulatory Agencies such as INMETRO, ANIVISA, MAPA, etc and 3PL) through clear KPIs
Projects:
Support and/or lead operation department projects focused on planning and importation.
Sustainability
- Lead Sustainability Projects, seeking HQ target goals
- Assure 100% compliance to all local regulations
- Follow up with Trade Associations on regulatory matters updates
- Work with marketing on sustainability initiatives in Red Bull’s offices, events, etc.
- Ensure proper disposal for 100% of damaged cans and VISIT materials
- Assure the correct CO² measurement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in business administration / Foreign Trade / International Relations / Engineering;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning and S&OP Process. Import knowledge and Project Management experience will be differential;
Experience of working within an international supply chain in a group context;
Leadership and self motivation team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills;
Advanced English and Excel;
Analytical ability and critical sense;
Ability to develop strategies E2E;
Communication skills;
Stakeholder management.
