Your mission
The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Demand and Supply Planning activities across the 2 italian subsidiaries (Medical Care and Dermocosmetic).
The Demand Supply Planning Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory and maximize service levels. This role requires an experienced professional with a track record of success in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Demand Supply Planning Manager should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Key responsibilities
1.Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure supply meets customer demand
3. Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
4. Analyze current supply and demand trends to forecast customer requirements and develop plans accordingly
5. Develop and monitor inventory turn goals and objectives to support business objectives
6. Develop and maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, including local production performed by 3PL but driven by the department.
7. Analyze and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Analyze data and develop reports to effectively communicate performance to senior management10. He/she is responsible for S&Op process11. Manages and coordinates the Demand & Supply team in compliance with Pierre Fabre objectives and behaviors.

• Three to five years of post-secondary education (degree or master) with a focus on Supply Chain, Business .• English high level, spoken and written (must have)• French spoken and written (nice to have)Experience• Supply Chain experience (at least 3 to 5 years)• Solid People management experience (at least 3 employees or more; not included stage or external contracts)
