Key Responsibilities:Demand Planning & ForecastingLead the demand planning process across multiple categories and channels (traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce, etc.)
Develop, manage, and continuously improve rolling forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to align on volume forecasts (bottom-up and top-down).
Monitor and improve KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias, and OTIF.
Conduct demand review meetings as part of the IBP process and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Leverage data analytics and tools (e.g., SAP APO, ECC, BI, Blueshift) to enhance forecast performance.
NPD Management & Commercialization
Lead cross-functional project management for new product launches from concept to market as Supply Chain coordinator.
Develop project timelines, identify critical paths, and coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain, procurement, quality).
Ensure commercial readiness and flawless execution of launches (product availability, volume planning, packaging readiness, trade plans).
Partner with marketing and innovation teams to translate innovation pipelines into actionable supply and demand plans.
Track post-launch performance and integrate learnings into future NPD processes.
Contribute to long-range planning by integrating market trends, historical data, and promotional activities.
Act as a thought leader in process improvements for both demand planning and NPD execution.
Manage and develop a team of planners and project coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related fields
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Demand Planning within the FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, planning processes, and the use of advanced forecasting tools and models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage demand-supply imbalances effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment
