Demand Planning Specialist

Job Description
Main Purposes of the Job:

• To ensure and develop the accurate forecast to meet the real customer demand and not facing the OOS (Out of Stock).
• To provide the visibility to all stakeholders based on the forecast input analytics which leads to the proactive and preventive action.
• To identify the risk and opportunity (R&O) in the forecast based on the market trends.
• To foresee the mid-long term supply feasibility based on the forecast validation and trend tendency

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
KHBM Cycle

• Analyze and validate the forecast updated by distributor whether the baseline forecast reflects the market trends, customer behavior, and external factor i.e.

supply constraint, any other R&O or not.

• Develop and maintain the accurate demand forecast to meet the forecast accuracy KPI.
• Collaboratively forecast planning with the related commercial team: BDMs and CMs to meet the demand expectations and get the consensus forecast.
• Lead the sign-off meeting to contribute insights into demand plans, helping to align demand strategies, and gap analysis to AOP.
• Submit the volume to affiliates and co-packer based on the monthly basis. Share the insight to the plant to be prepared for the volume support.
• Monthly review on the Mid long-term supply with the affiliates and co-packer to have the visibility if there's any risk from supply side based on the forecast volume submission.
• Track key performance indicator and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Project & Process Improvement:

• To improve the demand planning process to meet the standard of KHBM.
• To implement on what fits to the business model and background.
