In this role, you will develop and manage demand forecasts that support inventory, supply chain, production, and financial planning activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate demand plans, identify risks and opportunities, and drive alignment through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This position offers the opportunity to influence business performance through data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships across the organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Master a thorough understanding of all PWS planning processes.
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and business insights.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, customer demand patterns, and market dynamics to improve forecast accuracy.
- Incorporate new product introductions, promotions, and market developments into demand planning activities.
- Monitor forecast performance, identify drivers of forecast variance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Adjust demand plans in response to changing business conditions and emerging trends.
- Facilitate alignment between demand forecasts, business objectives, and operational capabilities.
- Communicate demand assumptions, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain forecasting reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory trends, and service level performance.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance teams to balance inventory and customer service objectives.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives by identifying potential shortages, excess inventory, and demand-related risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, planning methodologies, and system capabilities.
- Support planning system enhancements, automation initiatives, and adoption of best practices.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within forecasting and planning systems.
- Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across demand planning and related functions.

- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory management, business planning, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or similar business planning processes.
- Experience utilizing business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable applications.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain-focused environments.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization principles and demand forecasting methodologies.
- Experience with statistical forecasting tools and automated planning solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven process enhancement.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
