Your Team, Your Impact

The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.

What You Can Expect

- Drive adoption and improvement of ML based forecasting models

- Analyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies

- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions

- Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams  

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 3-5 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor Industry experience
  • Experience in using ML models and LLM for forecasting
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

86,780 - 130,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
