Accountabilities
- Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing historical sales data and trends.
- Support the inventory management process to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, and Operations) to align on production and stock levels.
- Help update and maintain planning reports and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making in planning and supply chain management.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions related to product availability and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Business, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. GPA > 3.2/4 is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas is a plus).
- Fluent in English writing, communication.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
