- Lead with Mars Digital Technologies developments and sprints to ensure necessary digital capabilities are proven and ready to deploy; act as business product owner for digital products supporting this capability.
- Define relevant meeting SIPOCs, including tools for in-process measurement.
- Ensure content and standards are benchmarked externally to close gaps vs competition and build competitive advantage.
- Lead global functional communities of practice with regional SMEs; support development, deployment and embedding activities; monitor health of regional and local expert roles.
- Define the framework to assess successful embedding of capability through audit and capability assessments, including KPIs and tools.
- Develop KPIs and set up KPI tracking/dashboard with Digital Technologies; own process governance, process adherence tracking and process health checks.
- Well-networked leader with a track record of building effective collaborative relationships (internally and externally) and experience running virtual teams.
- Strong supply chain functional knowledge in one or more capability areas, or directly related areas.
- Extensive operational experience (5+ years) mastering demand planning processes and sub-processes.
