Lead the design and continuous improvement of global Demand Planning capabilities across Personal Health, shaping the way demand planners forecast, use tools, follow policies and drive stronger end-to-end business performance.
Your role:
• Lead and improve the global Demand Planning capability framework across Personal Health, defining best-in-class & fit-for-purpose standards across systems, data, process and people embedded within S&OP and S&OE to enable end-to-end planning excellence.
• Partner with a global network of demand planners across five regions, as well as commercial, supply planning and broader planning stakeholders, to improve forecast accuracy, planning maturity and operational performance.
• Define and govern planning policies, forecasting guardrails, best practices, training, community of practice and change adoption, ensuring teams follow the defined standards driving end-to-end planning coherence.
• Play a key role in Philips’ next generation planning transformation, helping improve the use of Blue Yonder, analytics and AI / ML forecasting capabilities to strengthen business performance and future-ready planning.
You're the right fit if:
Educational Background :Master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, Business Analytics or equivalent
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Integrated Planning or Supply Chain Planning
Experience with advanced planning platforms (Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, O9, OMP, Kinaxis or similar), including statistical forecasting, AI/ML-driven forecasting, demand sensing, forecast value-add measurement and scenario-based planning.
Proven experience designing, standardizing, and deploying planning processes across regions or business units.
Demonstrated leadership in planning transformation, capability-building, or business process excellence programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business, supply chain, IT and commercial leaders.
Experience defining governance, KPIs, policies and continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes.

Skills Required
- Minimum 8 years experience in Demand Planning in a complex international environment
- Hands-on experience working as a demand planner
- Experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer-led businesses
- Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding
- Process design, planning governance, data analysis, change management, stakeholder management, training and business process improvement skills
