Department OverviewWe play a pivotal role in driving our business success through our expertise in demand forecasting and inventory analysis. We are responsible for developing and executing demand planning strategies, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with external parties and cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate projection of product demand.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

Assist the demand planning process for respective portfolio, collaborating with product management, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and analyze data, trends, and market intelligence.

Assist the development of demand forecasts and implement statistical models to accurately project product demand across multiple brands and customer segments.

Collaborate with external parties to coordinate demand planning efforts and foster strong working relationships.

Support continuous monitor and refinement of forecasting methodologies, leveraging historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply with anticipated demand to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Participate in regular demand planning reviews and provide insightful analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective communication and alignment between demand planning, product management, finance, and supply chain teams.

Support maintaining demand planning metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and performance analysis to management.
Hourly wages ranges from $20.00-$25.00 CAD
Basic RequirementsRequired Skills:

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Supply Chain

Advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical skills required.
