What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in ERP, based on Sales and R&D demand.
- Manage and maintain customer Sales Orders + intercompany Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and Projects Sales Orders, based on contracts, R&D requirements and availability.
- Collaborate and coordinate with respective stakeholders to align demand with business goals.
- Monitor (long term) availability and inventory levels to ensure optimal availability to meet customer demand (On Time Delivery).
- Balance Demand and Supply and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management.
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.
- Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded.
- Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- English & Dutchwill be your working language. Other languages will be highly valuated.
