What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in ERP, based on Sales and R&D demand.
  • Manage and maintain customer Sales Orders + intercompany Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and Projects Sales Orders, based on contracts, R&D requirements and availability.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with respective stakeholders to align demand with business goals.
  • Monitor (long term) availability and inventory levels to ensure optimal availability to meet customer demand (On Time Delivery).
  • Balance Demand and Supply and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management.
  • Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.
  • Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded.
  • Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • English & Dutchwill be your working language. Other languages will be highly valuated.

Skills Required
