About You
In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:
- Lead development of 0–18 month SKU forecasts using data-driven analysis to meet accuracy and bias targets
- Facilitate monthly Demand Review, communicating assumptions, forecast drivers, and risks/opportunities to stakeholders
- Analyze forecast performance and identify root causes of error to drive continuous accuracy improvements
- Contribute to Integrated Business Process Meetings, aligning cross-functional inputs (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to refine forecasts
- Partner with sales and customer teams to incorporate retail plan changes and key volume drivers into forecasts
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, tools, and analytics to enhance accuracy and support customer service outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business Related field, a degree in Supply Chain, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance or Customer Development.
- Experience with accurate business forecasting, supply and demand, and quantitative business analysis skills.
- Experience in developing customer relations and providing business analysis
- Advanced analytical skills, experience extracting repository data and building reports in tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel.
- Experience explaining to other business partners the insights of ad-hoc reporting to identify root cause of forecast errors.
- Team player that has the ability to share knowledge with peers to elevate the data analytics capabilities of the team.
- Skill in problem solving, ethical judgement and decision making, storytelling, and project/risk management.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demand planning experience in Kinaxis strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Development, Shopper Research, and Marketing concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with Integrated Business Process (IBP ) is a plus.
- Proficient in data access, analytical tools, and PC based applications (Microsoft Suite, SAP, TPM/A4O).
- Cross-cultural, prioritization and time management, resource and team management, active listening, adaptability, and interpersonal and social perspectives.

Salary Range: 87,260 – 107,780 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
