Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient sales operations and optimal production and supply processes that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on supporting team objectives, learning industry’s best practices, and contributing to organizational goals. This job involves a wide range of sales operations tasks, such as providing data of demand forecasts and sales performance analysis, managing customer information, operating databases, and supporting the delivery of ordered products, to achieve efficient sales activities and optimal production and supply.  Central to this function is collaboration with various departments both domestically and internationally to facilitate seamless operations and superior customer experiences.

 

  • Validate demand and update demand forecast
  • Partner with customer service team and supply chain team to optimize product availability and execute swap availability
  • Coordinate with supply chain team on expedite and escalations
  • Manage and monitor inventory level, allocate and swap inventory
  • Assist customer service team with order cancellation and push out
  • Support RMA and End of Life issues
  • Support ad-hoc requests such as checking data code, confirming production location, identifying country of origin, etc.

 

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply / Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Operations
    • Knowledge of SAP. Model N, Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus
    • Experience working in regional or global supply chain environments preferred
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning.
    • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify data anomalies and drive root-cause analysis.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
    • Fluent in English
