Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop/re-engineer IMS, integrating master and supplemental schedules.
  • Support building key planning artifacts (IMS, staffing, compliance, capital plans).
  • Assists in aligning requirements with technical, cost, schedule, and mitigated risks.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across the integrated supply chain.
  • Analyze data and collaborate with BD/Ops to drive accurate demand forecasts.
  • Maintain SAP forecasting models; translate demand into executable schedules.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement to ensure capacity and material readiness.
  • Manage inventory, shortages, and schedule adjustments to meet production goals.
  • Deliver KPIs/dashboards and support S&OP, digitalization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve planning efficiency and responsiveness.
Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

  • Three (3) years’ experience in Project or Program Management. 
  • Two (2) + years’ experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech electronics industry.  
  • Two (2) + years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
  • Five (5) + years’ experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech industry; RF experience preferred.
  • Five (5) + years in utilization/expertise in ERP/Planning systems integration/support
  • Experience with managing contracts from US Government agencies, such as DLA, and major DoD prime contractors.
  • Able to interface with internal stakeholders, and all functional departments.
  • Innovative, proactive and flexible.
  • Willing to take on new challenges and tasks which potentially have no existing process.
  • Continuously improve processes; adapt to changing priorities while maintaining strong time management, organization, and confidentiality standards.
