As a Demand Planner I/II for Greenheck Group you perform duties associated with supporting the GIB supply chain management software and the forecasting process. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant factors to create accurate predictions of future demand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGReport on exceptions to demand and potential sales trends to enable the leadership team to make informed decisions.
Monitor standard processes and Critical few (KPI’s from BU’s/Sourcing function), maintaining feedback and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Coordinators (Material Specialists and Buyers) in the central Supply Chain organization to ensure the output of the demand reviews are considered when implementing material replenishments across the Business Unit.
Manage a single BU and handle moderate tactical/strategic problems referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL I:
4-6 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study preferred.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL II:
6-8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

Minimum travel is required.
Will work on-site at our Schofield WI location.

The starting base pay range for this position is $77,235 - $105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
