We are looking for a Belgrade-based Demand Marketing Manager. The Demand Marketing Manager is critical to drive and accelerate marketing growth and help to ensure that marketing-impacted sales and revenue targets are met. You will collaborate with key stakeholders within marketing, sales and business to grow demand at all stages of the marketing funnel.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
- Proficient level of English language
- 5 years of relevant experience (B2B digital demand marketing campaigns, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization;)
- 2 years of experience developing integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns
- 2 years of hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta

- Solid understanding of Salesforce and marketing attribution models.
- Previous working experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and using data to support business decisions.
- Experience working in the Academic & Government (A&G) sector.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, launch, and project manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with business strategy.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Sales teams to develop global campaigns with localized elements.
- Manage the creation and distribution of campaign assets, such as advertising content, emails, and webinars.
- Track campaign performance, present results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure effective lead capture and flow into marketing automation systems, such as Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors to optimize campaign execution and performance.
- Analyze campaign data to continuously improve demand programs and marketing effectiveness.
- Source Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving Sales Pipeline Value, as part of their expected targets.
About the Team
Our A&G Demand Marketing team, part of the Revenue organization, is dedicated to helping higher education institutions and libraries achieve their goals. We design, develop, execute, and measure integrated demand marketing campaigns for Clarivate Academia & Government solutions.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent contract.
The working hours for this role would generally be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing for overlap with US-based teams, while maintaining flexibility based on campaign priorities and business needs.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
