The Demand Marketing Manager – Cable supports the coordination and implementation of CSG’s outbound marketing activities directed toward current and potential cable customers globally. This role partners with CBU and Global Marketing teams on the creation and execution of demand marketing strategies to help grow our business worldwide. The role leverages data-driven analysis and problem solving to drive business growth through effective marketing programs. This highly collaborative role works closely with Global Marketing, Product and GTM teams to ensure alignment to overall business objectives.

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager – Cable who will:

  • Develop and implement innovative outbound marketing strategies and programs intended to meet and exceed sales objectives. Ensure effective targeting, positioning, messaging and execution of marketing campaigns across the organization.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CBU teams to ensure that demand marketing programs for the cable business increase early-stage opportunities and nurture existing pipeline throughout the sales process.

  • Monitor program results and make enhancements and adjustments as needed.

  • Partner with CBU and Global Marketing teams to continuously advance messaging, positioning, sales strategies and growth initiatives aligned to the market environment and customer needs, supporting integrated marketing campaigns across prioritized go-to-market initiatives.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with CBU and Global Marketing teams, and make recommendations for enhancements to the overall demand marketing strategy.

  • Develop and implement programs and campaigns to fill the lead pipeline and align marketing planning to meet and exceed lead and opportunity goals.

  • Ensure messaging and positioning are relevant to market needs, effective within marketing campaigns, and shared via sales enablement assets with the global cable and telecommunications sales team.

  • Develop and execute plans for demand-focused events that support overall demand strategy. Collaborate with CBU, Global Marketing and Product teams to ensure event alignment with lead generation and nurture objectives.

  • Support Demand Marketing leadership in driving demand generation and nurture strategies, partnering with Digital Marketing and ABM teams on hyper-targeted campaigns and with Revenue Operations on lead tracking, analysis and reporting.

  • Collaborate on content and collateral that support demand programs, including case studies, testimonials and thought leadership.

  • Partner with teammates, prioritizing effectively and consistently delivering tasks across multiple projects and campaigns to support team goals. 

  • Must be able to travel internationally and/or domestically up to 20% of the time.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of cable and telco marketing experience, including strong demand marketing program expertise including proven responsibility for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives in a B2B technology environment

  • Strong project management and planning skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and achieve successful business results

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, clients and prospects and develop strong working relationships across the organization

  • Knowledge of how to effectively prioritize and get things done in a fast-paced, fluid environment

  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing campaign management tools and technologies (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, etc.)

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$99,039.25-$158,459.49

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
