  • In case of specifications changes, advise project stakeholders on default products/services and supplier options and provide alternative recommendations or trigger the selection of a new supplier when default suppliers are unsuitable due to specific project requirements

  • In the Project Execution phase, initiate and/or lead RFx events (depending on the applicable category policy, profile and characteristics) for non-itemized products and services, including document creation, evaluation of supplier proposals against predefined criteria, should-cost modelling coordination, and participate in negotiations with suppliers and final supplier selection

  • Update procurement-related information in the project Supply Plan as the project execution process progresses

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and insights to project teams
