We are looking for a Demand Manager with strong expertise in business process analysis and optimization, capable of understanding how business processes are supported by applications, systems, and data flows across the organization.

The role will act as the primary bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are properly understood, translated into valuable initiatives, and delivered through effective IT solutions.

A strong focus will be placed on process discovery, process mapping, and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and enhance business operations through technology.

He/she will be in charge of:

Business Process Analysis and Improvement

  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and their interaction with applications, systems, integrations, and data flows;
  • Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign processes and improve operational performance through technology-enabled solutions.

Demand Management and Prioritization

  • Collect, assess, and qualify business requests and improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and process evolution;
  • Build business cases by evaluating benefits, costs, risks, and expected business impact;
  • Support prioritization activities, balancing business value, available capacity, and architectural constraints, while maintaining the demand backlog and roadmap.

Requirements and Solution Definition

  • Translate business and process needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Support solution design activities with IT teams, architects, and external partners;
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management and Delivery Readiness

  • Act as the primary interface between Business and Technology stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making;
  • Support scope definition, MVP identification, acceptance criteria, and UAT activities;
  • Ensure business readiness and adoption of delivered solutions.

Value Realization and Governance

  • Define success criteria, KPIs, and expected benefits for initiatives;
  • Monitor benefits realization, process performance, and solution effectiveness after go-live;
  • Support governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards, policies, and risk management requirements.

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Demand Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or IT Project Management within multinational organizations or consulting firms;
  • Strong experience in business process analysis and modeling, including BPMN 2.0, process mapping, AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Proven ability to analyze how business processes are supported by enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and data flows;
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, user stories, use cases, process metrics, and requirements traceability;
  • Good understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives;
  • Solid Project Management capabilities, preferably within Agile environments;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with experience working in international environments;
  • Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
