We are extending our Demand Management within the "Sales & Operations Planning" team in the department of "Downstream Supply Chain Device". The Demand Manager plays a crucial role to reach the company's business growth ambitions. Successfully collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the globe while enjoying analytical work at the same time is key to this position.
Your RoleYou will shape the demand management activities, processes and tools
You gather information on demand volume and timing by product and customer/market segment from relevant stakeholders
You perform analytical work on the data and the demand plan
You build the consensus on a demand plan by leading demand reviews with countries and business management focusing on finished goods inventories within the downstream supply chain
You communicate demand information to and from various stakeholders
You track aggregated and detailed forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
You will focus on finished goods inventory planning across our downstream supply chain network as part of the global demand management
You develop, implement and monitor inventory policies in light of the agreed sales & operations plan
You have succesfully finished Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, supply chain management or similar area
You have profound work experience in the area of S&OP Planning and/or demand management
Ideally you have experience in production industry with complex product structures and different operating models
You are business fluent in English and German language
You have communication skills and customer centric approach
You are result and team oriented
