We are seeking a Demand Management Manager to lead the integrated Supply Chain planning process across South America. This role will be responsible for driving the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between market demand, production capacity, and business objectives. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, coordinating regional teams and partnering with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive execution, optimize service levels, improve inventory performance, and support operational excellence across the region.
Main responsibilities:
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred;
- Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain management, including Production Planning (S&OP/S&OE), Material Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, and Distribution;
- Proven experience in inventory management, service level management, production capacity planning, and supply chain optimization;
- Demonstrated track record of leading and developing multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience working in multinational environments, with strong international exposure and collaboration with global teams;
- Fluent English is require;
- Experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement initiatives, and Supply Chain project implementation is highly desirable.
