Job Description

Are you a talented and ambitious individual looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest-growing startups in Morocco? Glovo is seeking an On Demand Intern to join our dynamic team in Casablanca. If you're passionate about disrupting the delivery market and contributing to building a revolutionary product, this opportunity is for you!

As an On Demand intern, you will be responsible for the full On Demand process, from store creation to business reviews.

THE JOURNEY

  • Assist in managing strategic partner relationships from start to finish, including account tracking, deep dive partner performance and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Sales to prepare pitching material, training, and other related tasks.

  • Support in analyzing partner performance metrics and ensuring consistent month-over-month growth.

  • Track and report performance metrics to maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and its partners.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements.

  • Actively collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and impactful contributions.

Qualifications

  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Developed commercial skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales.

  • Data-driven, organized, and proactive with an analytical mindset.

  • Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a must.

  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
