We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical individual with a track record of excellence in designing and executing multi-channel awareness and demand generation campaigns with demonstrated ROI. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Demand Generation to drive our marketing strategy in the areas of customer acquisition, SEO, sales development, partnerships, and communication. This individual will play a critical to the growth of the CareJourney Powered by Arcadia business.


What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Successfully launch initial multi-channel lead generation campaigns, focusing on quick wins in SEO, PPC, and email marketing to generate quality leads at the top of the funnel

- Establish and follow a reporting framework to track campaign performance in HubSpot and Salesforce

- Write promotional email, social, landing page, ad, and sales messaging to support CareJourney Powered by Arcadia value proposition

- Coordinate with key internal marketing stakeholders across content, product marketing, design, and web to ensure successful campaign launches, and external stakeholders across sales and product to support revenue goals

- Support Sales Development team with messaging, market intel, sales enablement tools and to drive pipeline results


In 6 months

- As part of the multi-channel marketing approach, launch comprehensive, segmented email campaigns in HubSpot to nurture and progress leads down funnel

- Manage relationship with Sales Development team to ensure marketing-generated leads convert into pipeline

- Refine and optimize ongoing campaigns through A/B testing, channel budget adjustments, and performance tracking, showing measurable improvements in lead quality and ROI.

- Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent value propositions and messaging across all go-to-market campaigns.


In 12 months

- Establish a robust, scalable multi-channel lead generation engine that consistently delivers high-quality leads, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue goals.

- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting to drive strategic decisions, demonstrating the impact of demand generation efforts on overall business growth.

- Fully equip the sales development team with ongoing training, updated messaging, and resources that continuously improve their effectiveness in converting leads.

- Take ownership of demand generation strategy development, driving innovative approaches to customer acquisition, campaign execution, and market penetration, positioning CareJourney Powered by Arcadia as a leader in healthcare analytics.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns—with expertise in pay-per-click and SEO—across channels including email, social media, content syndication, and 3rd party advertising to bring in quality leads at the top of the funnel
  • Manage multi-channel campaign creation including creative development, omni-channel budgeting, A/B testing, and ROI monitoring
  • Equip sales development team with messaging, market intel, support, and motivation to drive pipeline results
  • Develop differentiated approaches to promote marketing thought leadership collateral, including white papers, webinars, articles, blogs, infographics, website copy, and case studies, to drive demand
  • Develop the right reporting for all campaign tactics and assets in HubSpot and Salesforce, and monitor to ensure campaign success
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and member services to implement consistent messaging on value-proposition, product differentiators, and support go-to-market campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors across design, digital, and salesforce operations/tasks
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • 4-5 years of field/channel/lead generation and B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience creating & launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels – including web, direct, events, ABM, search
  • Experience managing multi-source traffic generation across paid, earned, social, and organic
  • Experience developing and supporting a high-performing sales development function
  • Analytic mindset with meticulous tracking of campaign performance metrics to make fast decisions. Previous experience with using Salesforce and Google Analytics is a must. Previous experience with using HubSpot is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to quickly and concisely articulate product value proposition, and simplify complex healthcare subject matter
  • Polished professional with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Would Love For You To Have

  • Previous experience with using Salesforce and Google Analytics is a must.
  • Previous experience with using HubSpot is preferred
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
