Genesys is looking for a Demand Generation (DG) Operations Manager to support the LATAM region. This is a strategic individual contributor role that oversees and continually improves the regional DG operating model. This position reports to the VP of DG Operations. The role requires a diverse range of skills, including executive influence, technical and DG expertise, and analytical proficiency. The primary focus of the role will be to support regional field marketers, event marketers, digital marketers, BDRs and their leadership to improve the Demand Generation engine for the region measured in database growth and health, mid-funnel engagement, and pipeline created and accelerated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing, proactive Demand Generation funnel & data optimization via:
    • Management of weekly and monthly operating cadences (e.g. monthly DG funnel efficiency reviews) through tight connection with regional and sub-regional Sales Operations, marketing & BDR teams. Trusted advisor with global marketing functions and regional sales leadership.
    • Supporting regional data management that is needed to drive motions (e.g. inbound, outbound, Account Based Marketing & Engagement) by monitoring & improving Account, Contact and Lead data flows and data hygiene.
       
  • Be a strategic operational partner to the Regional Marketing Leader by:
    • Representing them on key workstreams, supporting QBRs and regionally strategic projects.
    • Quarterly and ongoing: recommending strategic investments including program, BDR capacity, spiffs and more.
    • Leading BDR target setting and BDR performance management.
       
  • Ease Demand Generation operational burdens via:
    • Improving efficiency (such as time to create and launch campaigns) by understanding current operational burdens and partnering with global DG Ops teams to automate.
    • Maximize Demand Generation to Sales efficiency via monitored BDR to AE handoffs.
    • Marketing Budget Owners own program spend management; this role will provide support for regional specific items.
       
  • Support global demand generation by being voice for the region and occasionally stepping out of regional role to lead global large-scale transformation and change management programs.
     
  • Become a subject matter expert for various Demand Generation software tools & processes. Support enablement team to drive adoption and adherence within the region. Serve as a primary resource for help with these tools by answering all email questions, meeting with individuals from sales or operations to solve issues, and working with vendor support as needed to solve technical or training issues. Train and mentor colleagues on systems and tools as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Lead Generation and/or Data Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights and drive data driven decisions.
  • Strong decision-making skills, and the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Operational understanding of Demand Generation and Sales processes and operating models with creative problem-solving skills who can design solutions from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Speed in execution & strategic decision making to quickly adapt & adjust as the business requires
  • Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork within a matrixed environment to create fully integrated plans and reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels within the organization.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce and BI tools. Sense and Salesloft experience preferred.
  • Fluent English.
