Coordinate state-level demand generation and communications for RMNCAEH+N across LGAs; provide technical assistance to health teams and partners; engage SBCC/advocacy groups; supervise demand generation agents; lead media engagement, content and testimonial capture, and reporting of ATL/BTL communications data.

The State Demand Generation Advisor will coordinate state-level communication and
RMNCAEH+N demand generation activities; manage partnerships to achieve the
following:
1. State-level implementation planning and execution in all LGAs in
coordination with State and LGA Health Educators, Social Mobilization
Officers, and Family Planning Coordinators for DISC and RMNCAEH+H
2. Provision of TA on demand generation to State/LGA Health teams,
RMNCAEH_N Stakeholders, Partners, and Investors
3. Engage actively with State SBCC, ACSM, Advocacy Core Groups, Interfaith
for promotion of SFH brand, program acceptability and ownership, male
support, integration of services
4. Provide TA for the institutionalization of SFH RMNCAEH high impact
strategies and solutions.
5. State and local media engagement
6. Demand Generation Agent support and supervision.
7. Testimonial and story capture, content creation, consent collection
8. State Comms (ATL & BTL) data collection and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree in Public Health, Communication, or any other Biological or Social sciences
- At least 5 years of experience of supporting women to initiate and continue family
planning, especially injectables and other STM with strong mobilization and
promotional skills.
- Experience in health system strengthening, monitoring and
evaluation will be an added advantage.
Technical Skill required:
1. Significant knowledge of FP in Nigeria.
2. Must possess a flair for women’s
reproductive health in Nigeria.
3. Good knowledge of critical stakeholders
4. Report writing and data interpretation
skills.
5. Supervisory and mentoring skills.
6. High level of integrity
Behavioural Skill required:

Skills Required
