Who We're Looking For:
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Strategist with expertise in demand generation/growth marketing tactics who can drive impactful marketing initiatives and increase awareness and sales of our two new products (ReadyRemit and Latitude). Tasked with spearheading impactful marketing campaigns, this individual’s expertise is instrumental in driving heightened visibility and engagement for our brand. By meticulously analyzing market trends and customer behaviors, this team member will ensure that our marketing initiatives are not only innovative but also strategically aligned with our overarching business objectives.
This is a hybrid position based in the U.S. with occasional travel required. At this time, we are only considering candidates local to the Atlanta area who can work in our Vinings area office two days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing lead generation programs to drive qualified leads, including inbound and outbound strategies, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Manage email, newsletter, and communication operations to drive engagement and lead generation, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Utilize Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics for reporting and dashboard creation, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates and develop effective strategies, including lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification processes.
- Analyze content performance and data to drive campaign optimization and strategy, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization.
- Build and maintain database and lists for targeted campaigns, ensuring data accuracy.
- Create, analyze, and optimize ads to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Provide recommendations and input on goals, objectives, strategy, and B2B marketing best practices, prioritizing initiatives based on the highest potential impact.
- Manage marketing projects in coordination with other teams/departments.
- Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategies aimed at increasing closing rates and optimizing the sales funnel process.
- Take on other tasks and projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and lead generation, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS with running multi-channel campaigns (SEM, social media, email marketing) or using ABM tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Proficiency working in Google Analytics or Google Analytics certification.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to derive meaning from data through testing and email optimization; highly analytical with a high level of comfort working with data.
- A strong motivation to ensure projects succeed beyond expectations.
- Good critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes quickly; always willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
