Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns. This role will be pivotal in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and optimizing campaign performance. If you're passionate about creating high-impact marketing strategies, skilled in eCommerce funnels and email marketing, and love staying at the forefront of digital advertising, we want to hear from you!

You'll work with cross-functional teams, including content designers and sales, to ensure our digital strategies are aligned and impactful. You'll join a team of enthusiastic professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about growing the 12twenty community.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own the development and execution of demand generation campaigns, focusing on generating MQLs and optimizing conversion rates
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product update communications
  • Optimize eCommerce funnels, with a focus on abandoned cart recovery and upsell automations
  • Manage and create content for organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
  • Develop, manage, and analyze LinkedIn Ads campaigns, working alongside a content designer as needed
  • Plan, run, and report on A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • HubSpot Marketing Certification is required
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth with eCommerce and email funnel strategies
  • Strong background in strategy, planning, executing, and reporting on A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid content management
  • Experience in planning, creating, and publishing organic social content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok

Annual compensation range: Up to $100,000 

The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. 

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
