Job Overview:

As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth and nurture leads through the buyer’s journey. You will leverage data, creativity, and collaboration to build campaigns that generate high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and support ThriveCart’s revenue goals. 

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and an analytical mindset to track and optimize performance.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including paid ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and webinars.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
  • Partner with the sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue and product goals.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized, relevant messaging and content.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and work closely with sales to ensure a seamless handoff and lead qualification process.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
  • Continuously test and refine creative, messaging, and targeting strategies for improvement.
  • Work with the content team to produce high-value assets, including eBooks, case studies, webinars, and videos.
  • Partner with the product marketing team to align campaigns with launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proven success designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign).
  • Expertise in paid media, content marketing, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ThriveCart or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
