About the Role:We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale Decagon’s paid marketing engine. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our paid programs across channels like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other digital platforms—running campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for efficiency, and ensuring our pipeline continues to grow.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a world-class paid marketing engine. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to first audit, optimize, and scale our key performance channels, then turn your attention towards new channels and larger opportunities across the paid marketing landscape.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, analytical, and high slope—eager to continue honing their craft, take on more ownership, and grow with the company. You may be a good fit if you:Have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
Are comfortable owning paid campaigns end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Google and others (from creative briefs to launch, optimization, and reporting).
Are analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance.
Love testing new ideas – whether that’s ad copy, audiences, channels, or creative – and turning experiments into repeatable playbooks.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where you’re expected to take ownership, move quickly, and learn as you go.
Have experience with marketing and sales operations tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Unify, or others for campaign tracking and reporting, audience building, etc.
Have worked closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on pipeline goals.
Bring fresh ideas and curiosity about emerging channels, creative approaches, or AI-driven marketing tools.
