The Role

As the Demand Generation Manager at Zype, you will be responsible for propelling our pipeline and revenue growth for our award-winning video API.  Acting as a key partner to marketing, sales and product,  you will leverage analytics, automation, and multi-channel campaigns—such as email, social media, paid advertising, and content syndication—to nurture and convert leads across the buyer’s journey.  You will create compelling narratives athat resonate with technical buyers in the video streaming industry and deliver measurable results to carry our vision to connect the world’s video and viewers forward. You will be the tip of the spear to generate leads, demand, and long term growth, with direct responsibility and contribution toward building pipeline and closing business at Zype.   We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to organize themselves and others and execute with accountability in mind who thrives on operating autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy to meet lead acquisition, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Define and manage budget allocations for various demand generation initiatives, continuously optimizing spend and ROI.
  • Plan, design, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content syndication, events) to attract and nurture leads.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Oversee content strategy and collaborate with contributors to ensure compelling marketing materials are aligned with demand generation goals and distributed on owned and operated and social media platforms.
  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with solution value propositions.
  • Build and execute on case studies and industry and market facing research content.
  • Collaborate, hire, and manage external resources as needed to meet plans within budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution using data from CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting on metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, opportunity creation, and revenue attribution.
  • Identify improvement areas and opportunities for innovation, iterating to maximize lead quality and volume.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation and growth marketing.Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue via integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deep proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong background in digital marketing tactics, including paid channels, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to generate management reports, understand and communicate insights, and iterate daily and weekly to improve performance to meet goals.
Preferred:
  • Experience with OTT/video streaming platforms
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools 
  • Experience with workflow automation e.g. Make, n8n
