Demand Generation Manager
The Demand Generation Manager will be instrumental in Lantern’s growth strategy, driving marketing programs that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into pipeline opportunities. This role will focus on integrating multi-channel strategies, leveraging data insights, and collaborating across marketing and sales to achieve aggressive growth goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of B2B demand generation in the benefits or healthcare ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing, email nurturing, webinars, and content syndication.
- Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads into pipeline opportunities.
- Write and execute outbound email sequences, webinar emails, along with other prospect-facing materials on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Partnerships to align marketing efforts with sales goals and improve lead handoff processes.
- Collaborate with product marketing to create compelling content and messaging tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and ensure ROI across campaigns.
- Partner with the SDR team to optimize outreach and support account-based demand strategies (ABM/ABX).
- Coordinate with the events team to integrate demand generation efforts into event strategies, ensuring measurable business impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation at a high-growth B2B company, preferably within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Deep knowledge of lead generation tactics, including digital marketing, ABM/ABX, and SDR alignment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Strong Candidates will:
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in driving demand generation initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and responsiveness to shifting market or business needs.

- Build and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies across various channels such as in-person and virtual events, webinars, email, web, paid media, social media, and content.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to build, execute, and measure campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Write and execute outbound email sequences, webinar emails, along with other prospect-facing materials on an ongoing basis.
- Measure and interpret data across all demand generation and ABM tactics and report to the broader team. You will also partner with Revenue Operations and other internal teams to develop campaign reporting that keeps Sales, Partnerships, Events, and other cross-functional stakeholders informed of campaign outcomes, pipeline performance, and revenue targets.
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate closely with sales a to identify target accounts and develop personalized marketing campaigns tailored to specific industry segments and personas.
