Job Description

Nexthink seeks a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to support global pipeline and revenue generation efforts for Nexthink’s growing product lines. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing demand generation strategies that align to our land and expand strategy for acquiring new customers and growing our customer base through upsell and expansion opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of demand generation best practices and demonstrate the ability to translate GTM initiatives into targeted marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation activities that targets Nexthink’s ICP and existing customer audiences to drive global pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including events, webinars, emails, web, social) that creates qualified leads and nurtures audiences throughout the sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Create strong partnerships with regional field marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment and effectiveness of demand generation efforts. Provide actionable insights and support to drive successful in-region campaign activities, follow-ups, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to produce compelling and relevant messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. This includes webinars, presentations, case studies, landing pages, and whitepapers.
  • Align with new logo and client sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are returning high quality leads within Nexthink ICP and aligned with client growth plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead generation metrics. Utilize insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee demand generation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign/program management, ABM, field marketing or related roles within the IT/Technology space.
  • Proven success managing marketing campaigns and plans for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies. 
  • Understanding of the MEDDPICC sales qualification process is preferred (not essential) 
  • Experience with creation, execution and measurement/optimization of marketing campaigns for a land and expand strategy.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, execution and reporting. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and GTM tools (6Sense, SFDC, Pathfactory, ZoomInfo, Reachdesk preferred).
  • Proactive in addressing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and proven track record in solving complex problems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, demonstration of consistent success, and have a ‘test and learn’ mentality.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
