Join Yotpo as a Demand Generation Manager!
Are you passionate about marketing, product strategy, and data analysis? We’re looking for a collaborative Demand Generation Manager to join our diverse and supportive team. At Yotpo, we value different perspectives and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement strategies to attract new leads and grow our pipeline through channels like email, social media, and search.
- Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing to create content and campaigns that connect with our audiences.
- Oversee the lead process, from demo requests through to qualified leads and successful deals, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive experience for customers.
- Use data and campaign results to refine strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Keep up with industry trends and customer needs to explore new growth opportunities.
- Manage our demand generation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with global teams to make sure our leads flow smoothly through the process and customers have a great experience.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing.
- A track record of designing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain your ideas clearly in both writing and speaking.
- Analytical skills that help you turn data into meaningful insights.
- Creativity and openness when thinking of new marketing ideas.
- A well-organized approach to managing projects and tasks.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
