Position & Role: Demand Generation Manager

Element34 is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team!  We’re looking for an experienced online demand generation professional with proficiencies in marketing campaign development and all aspects of pipeline generation. You’ll start as a senior individual contributor with your future growth potential only limited by the success of your campaigns and programs.

 Responsibilities

● Lead Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that
generate qualified leads. Implement and manage lead nurturing programs that convert
prospects into customers.

● Content Creation: Create compelling content such as guides, ebooks, case studies, webinars,
and blog posts to attract and engage our target audience. Leverage both your own skills and
your ability to manage external vendors. Go beyond AI-generated, jargon-filled content.

● Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including the company
website, email marketing, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per Click (PPC)
advertising, sponsored social media, and display advertising. Analyze and report on the
performance of digital campaigns, leveraging data to make informed strategic decisions.

● Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs accurately using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and digital
platforms.  KPIs include conversion rates, LTV / CAC, lead source attribution, and closed/won by
lead source.  

● Marketing Automation: Leverage technology to have an oversized impact on revenue
generation. Structure workflows and nurturing to streamline campaign execution, reporting,
lead management, and conversion. Maintain and update Hubspot to ensure accurate tracking
and lead flow.

Qualifications: 
● 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role within the
software or technology industry.
● Ability to thrive in a small, scrappy company that values proactivity and transparency.
● Expertise with Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms, SEO tools, content creation
tools, and other digital marketing activation channels.
● Proven success in increasing the quality and quantity of Sales Qualified Leads to positively
impact revenue generation.
● Proven success in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns that attract, engage, and
convert buyers from a defined Ideal Customer Profile.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
● Metrics-driven and analytical, with the ability to leverage performance data from a variety of
platforms to make informed decisions and recommendations.
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a marketing or business discipline
