As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for generating marketing qualified leads that convert into pipeline and closed business.

We are seeking a marketing professional with experience working as a one-person marketing team and has proven ability to generate net new leads for the sales team. 

You will own the design, execution, and optimization of email marketing, field marketing, and data-driven demand generation strategies. You’ll drive digital and in-person engagement by combining HubSpot’s marketing automation capabilities, regional events, and third-party data to capture interest, nurture leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Automation

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies using HubSpot to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales.
  • Leverage HubSpot to create segmented, personalized campaigns, including workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Optimize campaigns using insights from PeerSpot’s traffic data to craft highly targeted outreach based on who is viewing content.
  • Use PeerSpot review content in campaigns to build credibility and highlight key differentiators. 

Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute regional prospect dinners, networking events, and executive roundtables to build relationships and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events, ensuring alignment with sales and demand generation goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-priority regions and accounts for field marketing efforts, incorporating PeerSpot insights into targeting.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze PeerSpot’s traffic data to identify top prospects engaging with your company or competitors.
  • Use customer review content from PeerSpot to craft compelling messaging and validate your company’s value propositions.
  • Integrate PeerSpot data insights into demand generation campaigns to improve targeting and conversion rates.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Align email, field marketing, and data-driven strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
  • Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Develop an integrated calendar combining digital campaigns, events, and data-driven initiatives for maximum impact.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Measure the success of email campaigns, field events, and PeerSpot-driven initiatives using KPIs such as engagement, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Leverage HubSpot and PeerSpot reporting to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.

QualificationsRequired

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot’s email marketing, automation, and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute successful events, including prospect dinners, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field marketing events as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience in the customer voice, feedback, or CX technology space.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software).
  • Experience leveraging third-party review platforms like PeerSpot to inform campaigns and programs.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience integrating third-party data platforms into marketing automation workflows.
