What You'll Do

  • Design, execute, and manage comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop targeted, multi-channel campaigns using precision targeting to attract qualified prospects.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, driving pipeline growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, content, and execution strategies.
  • Own performance analytics and reporting, clearly communicating outcomes and strategic adjustments.

  • Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and attribution modeling
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
  • Ability to define and continually refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills
     

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of demand generation or related marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing complex marketing funnels
  • Experience managing budgets, campaign optimization, and ROI accountability
  • Proven history of scaling lead generation activities to meet ambitious business goals
