In this next phase, we have some amazing infra, engineering, product, and GTM opportunities ahead of us this year, and we are looking for exceptional members to join us for this adventure.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketer to lead our startup and mid market demand generation efforts. You will take responsibility for generating top of funnel leads through social networks like Linkedin and Instagram, paid advertising channels like Google Ads, and newsletters and podcasts that may be a good fit for startup founders and enthusiasts. You’ll own the full marketing cycle from awareness to sales handoff, and work closely with the sales team to make sure you get the best leads.

What You’ll Do
  • Fully own marketing pipeline and budget

  • Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns from first touch to sales handoff

  • Work with sales to define lead criteria and surface the best prospects

  • Work with design to build ads and landing pages

  • Track spend, customer acquisition cost, and important metrics

  • Test new channels like podcasts, newsletters, and other alternate media sources

What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years of running b2b demand generation in a high growth environment

  • Experience running ads on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other ad platforms

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets

  • Data first mindset and fluency with marketing automation and reporting tools

  • Ability to speak and market credibly to startup founders

  • High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes

  • Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis

Nice To Haves
  • Experience at a Series A, B, or C startup

  • Experience working in payroll and HR

  • Experience working in a high growth environment

  • Experience using and experimenting with cutting edge AI tools

Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000-$220,000

Equity: 0.2-0.3%

Working At Warp

This is not going to be a routine 9-5 job. Working with us means having high ownership. You may need to stay up late fixing issues or deploying something urgent. We believe in high craftsmanship, obsessing over details, and giving it our best. And we do that alongside an incredibly driven and top-tier team working in person in NYC.

Our team is all based in New York City, and we work 5 days in person at our beautiful office in SoHo. For this role, you'll need to be in person. Remote candidates will not be considered for this role.
